Returns and Exchanges 

Online Exchange Policy  

Customers may, within 7 days from the day they receive their delivery, return the item to their nearest Options store. Should a customer wish to exchange or return any goods purchased within SEVEN days, we will gladly exchange the goods or, refund the goods by reversing the transaction on an Options loyalty account, or giving a refund in the form of a voucher 

We encourage customers to return their items to their nearest Options store to receive an immediate exchange or refund, alternatively if they need your item collected, please contact our Customer Service team at enquiries@options.co.bw or WhatsApp us on +267 73 960 197. 

To get a gift voucher, managers must contact the area manager to request for one.  

A receipt or gift receipt must be presented for a REFUND and also provided that: 

  1. The goods must be unworn or unused with all original, sealed packaging and tags attached. 
  1. For hygiene reasons, underwear (excluding bras) or cosmetics or used or unsealed fragrances may not be returned or exchanged. 
  1. Gift vouchers will not be refunded in cash. 

A receipt or gift receipt must be presented for a REFUND and also provided that: 

  1. the goods must be unworn or unused with all original, sealed packaging and tags attached;  
  1. it is not missing any accessories or parts; 
  1. for hygiene reasons, underwear (excluding bras) or cosmetics or used or unsealed fragrances may not be returned or exchanged; and 
  1. gift vouchers will not be refunded. 

In addition, the following will NOT be regarded as goods eligible for exchange or refund:  

  1. faults resulting from normal wear and tear; 
  1. damage arising from negligence, user abuse or incorrect usage of the product; 
  1. damage arising from a failure to adequately care for the product; and 
  1. damage arising from unauthorised alterations to the product. 

Sale items are non-returnable.  

If you do not have your receipt, exchange will not be possible 

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit your statutory rights in any way.We reserve the right to inspect the product to validate your return. We are entitled to refuse a return if the unwanted product is returned damaged, not in a re-saleable condition or missing any accessories.
